EDUCATION & SKILL DEVELOPMENT
We believe, education is the most powerful tool which can be used to change our country and the world in general. The communities close to our camps, play a key role in helping us achieve our goals, so educating them is the key. Skill Development is inter-twined with education, knowledge of age-old traditions thereby equipping and preparing the neighbouring communities for employment and better future.
LOCAL EMPLOYMENT
Spur the neighbouring economy by offering means of livelihood for tribal in particular and to locals in general. Use of local manpower and resources for daily operations to the maximum possible.
NAARI SHAKTI
We are determined and committed to the upliftment and self-reliance of our mothers, sisters and daughters. We have therefore laid special emphasis on empowering women through the above initiatives.
HEALTH & HYGIENE
This is perhaps the most crucial and discernible difference that we can bring about in our neighbouring communities. Regular discourses on basic health & hygiene and discouraging open defecation holds the key.
AFFORESTATION
Bamboo, teak fruit plantations being undertaken on the acquired land as well as surrounding areas that attracts wildlife to the ponds and other water bodies.
RENEWABLE ENERGY
Use of solar energy and biogas to the maximum possible extent which are available in abundance
